The Telstra Paralympic Education Program (TPEP) is a program of the Australian Paralympic Committee (APC) which aims to enhance students’ knowledge and understanding of Paralympic athletes and all people with disabilities, while inspiring students to be the best they can be.

Developed for middle/upper primary school students nationally, the TPEP Teaching Resource embraces diversity and inclusion as its key themes. It is structured to allow teachers to select learning activities that suit the needs of their class and the topics and values being studied.

All lessons and activities have been linked to specific state and territory curriculum outcomes.

To access the TPEP Teaching Resource and the Athlete Correspondence Program, you’ll need register first. Once registered, you can download the lesson plans straight away. We’ll also keep you up to date with what’s happening in the world of Paralympic sport through newsletters and news updates on this website.
